I once rushed out the door so quickly to get to a teacher training session I forgot to remove the clothing tag from the new shirt I was wearing. It didn't go unnoticed.
I'm also sorry to admit I've noticed on several occasions during a class that my pants were inside out. They were not the reversible kind.Lesson learned: Inspect your clothes after you've put them on before you leave the house.
